Therapy focused on navigating racial identity, imposter syndrome, internalized racism, lack of belonging in groups and relationships, and managing different sets of cultural expectations.
Self-Compassion
Therapy focused on navigating burnout, perfectionism, self-criticism, low self-esteem, imposter syndrome, and self-sabotaging behaviors by helping improve self-compassion.
Getting Started
We will start with a free phone consultation, lasting approximately 15 minutes, to discuss your needs and goals. If what you are looking for fits within my scope of practice, then we will schedule a 60-minute consultation to explore your goals and background further.
I am in network with Providence, Pacific Source, and Blue Cross Blue Shield. I am out of network with all other insurances. Payment is required at the time of session (co-pay amount or out of pocket expense). I accept payment by credit card, which is kept on file and processed through the secure patient portal.
Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You can ask your healthcare provider for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service or at any time during treatment.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
